Troubleshooting
Live feed keeps buffering
Switch to Wi-Fi or move nearer the router. Close streaming apps eating your bandwidth.
Bet window closes before you tap
Pre-select your balloon during qualification so one tap confirms once the second window opens.
No dealer audio
Unmute inside the game panel and check your phone isn't on silent — the stream loads muted by default.
Stream frozen but table alive
Tap the video reload icon; the round result still resolves server-side even if your feed stalled.
