Troubleshooting
Live feed keeps buffering
Switch to Wi-Fi or move nearer the router. Close streaming apps eating your bandwidth.
Top-Up window closes before you decide
Set your Top-Up stake during the qualifier so the decision is one tap when the window opens.
No host audio
Unmute inside the game panel and check your phone isn't on silent — the stream loads muted by default.
Stream frozen but table alive
Tap the video reload icon. The race still resolves server-side and your multipliers are paid even if your feed stalled.
